Professional Background
Mrs. Rayner has been with Stellar Capital Management since the founding
of the firm and has played a key
role in its development. Working in
the financial
services industry since 1994 she has over 18 years
of
experience in operations and administration. She manages all
operational aspects of the firm which include human resources and
accounting, new
accounts, account administration, and custody
and
trading relationships, as well as administrating our compliance
program.
Community and Professional Organizations
Mrs. Rayner is President of the Women's Metropolitan Art Council, a Phoenix Art Museum support organization, having previously served as Treasurer, and is an active member of her local PTA. She has also worked with both the Foundation for Burns and Trauma and the Foothills Foundation.
Education
Mrs. Rayner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University.
